Booking Arrangements:
Reservations maybe secured with a deposit of 40% of expected total -- to a minimum of one night's lodging.
Notice of cancellation must be received within 14 days for a full refund minus the administration cost of $10.
Cancellations may result in a loss of deposit if accommodations cannot be re-let.
Check in time 4 to 6 p.m. unless prearranged.
